About Us

Growing Business Through Professional Referrals

Formed in March 2002, the Southwest Metro Business2Business Network group consists of members throughout the Twin Cities with significant sales territory. The group serves several purposes. Through our website and personal contacts, we provide Twin Cities’ business people with a resource for locating suppliers, vendors and professionals.

Our weekly networking meetings last for one hour every Tuesday at 7:30am. The meeting provides members with a forum for exchanging referrals, sharing other networking opportunities and presenting information about their respective industries. Through knowledge of other industries, we better understand the business community as a whole, identify networking opportunities and improve our personal marketing and sales skills.

Feel free to contact any of our members directly for information about their products and/or services offered. View our current members in the Members Directory. If you are interested in joining our networking group, click on Membership here.

After Hours

A variety of casual after-hours networking events are organized by the group. These events provide members the opportunity to network with other businesses, while having some fun outside of the weekly meeting structure. Some of the after-hour events included a annual golf outings, St. Paul Saints game, picnic, boat rides, and happy hours that are open to invited guests by our membership. Check our website periodically for future events or email us if you want to learn more, or be included, at our next event.

St Paul Saints Game

One of our objectives is to develop new friends and have fun. In late August we attended a St Paul Saints game to wrap up the summer, have a lot of fun, the Saints won and fulfill our objective. Please check our website for future events, or email us to be invited to our next event.

Volunteering

Our membership has selected, among local charities, to volunteer our services to give back to our communities. One of the common organizations we shared our time with is VEAP (Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People), located in Bloomington, MN. Community service and
volunteering are an important part of our membership’s culture,
and we look for those in need of assistance to share our time.

In addition to volunteering, our membership will also select a non-profit organization, and make a financial contribution to that organization.
